HOW TO USE?
Add a little bit of oil to the pan first (enough to lightly coat the surface), and preheat it for a few seconds before adding the food. Use oil, such as vegetable oil or grapeseed oil, rather than nonstick cooking spray.
HOW TO WASH IT IF ACCIDENTALLY GETS BURNT?
Cover the burnt area with 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda and add a bit of water to make a paste. Crumple up some aluminum foil and begin scrubbing it all around until all food bits and stained areas are clean. Rinse pan with warm soapy water.
