a. DS Carbon Filters: The filter removes rust, sand, dust, Chlorine, VOCs. Filter replacement every 3 months.

b. Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane: Hollow fiber membrane filter with micro pore size has a selective function filtering unwanted chemicals and microorganisms (e.g. bacteria, fungi, algae) while allowing beneficial minerals to go through. Filter replacement every 12 months.

c. Electro Positive Membrane: Nano filtration memrbane has moderate retention of univalent salts and able to filter organics substances. This filter removes bacteria, virus, microbes, pesticide, heavy metals. Filter replacement every 12 months.

d. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane - This filter removes water contaminants such as heavy metals, waterborne microorganism and harmful organic chemicals. Filter replacement every 24 months.

e. Silver Post-Carbon Block Filter: This filter made of activated carbon removes taste and odour, absorbs some of the organic chemicals that may be still present, and prevent bacteria growth in the cartridge. 1 filter replacement every 12 months.
