1. To process any complaints or requests for returns/refunds, we mandate that they be supported by video evidence.
2. Please ensure that the unboxing procedure is recorded in its entirety, from start to finish.
3. Note that video submissions limited to the unpacked parcel or a previously opened and repackaged parcel will not be considered valid.
RETURN & REFUND The buyer is notified that they are accountable for covering all delivery expenses associated with returns and exchanges resulting from incorrect size choices. TRAINIX accepts returns or exchanges for items in NEW condition (rated 9/10), unaltered, and free from any damage or stains caused by customers. All items must be returned with intact tags and in their ORIGINAL packaging, such as shoeboxes and dust bags. For exchanges, please reach out to us for further assistance.
