1. Delivery

All orders will be delivered by our in-house team within the standard shopping period. We aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely within 3-5 working days.

·        Please note that during peak shopping, promotional, or campaign periods, 5 working days may be needed to process and pack your orders.

·        Ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address once the order is processed.

·        Tracking numbers are not provided since we use our in-house team for deliveries.

Our team will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your order. Please stay alert for calls/whatsapp from our team after placing your order.

 

2. Delivery Areas & Policies

Our delivery service covers West Malaysia only (excluding Labuan). East Malaysia delivery is not available at this time.

·        Our team will contact you when they are on the way to deliver your order.

·        We cannot change the delivery address once the order is confirmed in our system. If the delivery address is incorrect, please cancel the order and place a new one.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and sign our Delivery Order as Proof of Delivery. Ensure that the items are free of obvious faults, defects, or damage before signing.

 

3. Order Processing

·        Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

·        Please note that we cannot accommodate urgent orders, requests for designated delivery dates, or changes to flavor selections or free gifts.

 

4. Reporting Order Issues

·        Do not accept the delivery if you receive the wrong order, a missing item, or a faulty product.

·        Please inform the driver immediately or contact our customer service via this platform within 24 hours of receiving your order.
