1. All items are ready stock and will be processed within 1-3 working days. 2. Due to logistical constraints, orders from East Malaysia are not available at the moment. 3. We will replace wilted plants received within 4 days of shipment to West Malaysia. The replacement will be included in the next order.

4. It's normal for the color of the plants to fade and leaves to fall during transit as they have been kept in boxes for a few days. Once received, provide your plants with light, water, and good airflow, and they will recover to their beauty.

5. Please note that live plants are a non-claimable category. Buyers take their own risk if plants die or are damaged due to delivery delays. We ship as scheduled.

6. During live plant transportation, broken leaves, cracked or damaged plastic pots, and spilled soil may occur and are difficult to avoid. However, these do not affect the plant’s health. With proper care and time, it will recover. We recommend repotting it into your own pot. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or compensation for such issues. -
