We will ship in polystyrene and thermal wrap after chilled in freezer overnight. However, because we use real chocolate couverture that go through tempering process. It has the risk of melting and deform during the shipping.
Tempered chocolate couverture melt at body temperature. which mean it will melt in our mouth. this chocolate is more delicious, more premium and a healthier choice.
apart from the premium chocolate couverture, we also use premium pistachio and premium kunafa for the pleasure in your mouth.
once received the package, it is recommended to chill it in refrigerator about 30 minutes and refrain from squeeze it in order to reform the chocolate
