Product description
FlexiSeal Elastomeric Membrane is a mastic positive water proofing which formulated based on elastomeric styrene acrylic polymer for exterior application. It is a high build elastomeric styrene acrylic based membrane developed for exterior use.FlexiSeal Elastomeric Membrane which has good adhesion property is able to seal the pores on the concrete to prevent further water penetration into the substrate. It contains non-added lead and mercury.

How to use:-
1) Surfaces to be painted must be cleaned thoroughly and dry.
2) It must be free from dirt, grease and other foreign matters.
3) Allow all surfaces to dry completely prior to painting.
4) Avoid painting when the moisture content and alkalinity of the walls are still high.
*Previously Painted Surfaces
(Remove all unstable paint film, loose chalk, dust and foreign matter. Make good any surface defects, clean off and dry. Do not paint on chalky or powdery surface.)
