The smooth cylinder allows you to adjust the thickness of the dough being used to open the dough, ideal for making lasagna.
With the double cutting cylinder, you can cut the dough into spaghetti or fettuccine.
The crank is light and removable.
Accompany a fixing clamp to attach the noodle machine to the table, bench or sink surface.
Instructions for initial use:
Pass a small amount of mass through the rollers of the machine to remove waste. Repeat the process a few times and discard the used dough to ensure that any residue is removed. Preparing the Macaroni Mass: Adjust the thickness button (E) to position number I, leaving the two inner rollers in the widest position. Pass the dough slice through the rollers by turning the crank (C). Fold the dough in half and dust the center lightly with flour. Pass the dough through the rolls again. Repeat 3 - 5 times or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Adjust the thickness knob to position 2 and pass the dough through the rollers once. Continue to decrease the space between the rollers by moving the thickness button to the next number with each pass. Stop when you reach the desired thickness. If the dough gets wet, sprinkle it with flour as needed.
Using the Macromade Machine:
Attach the clamp (D) to the bottom hole of the dough roller (A) and hold it on the table or bench. Insert the crank (C) into the upper hole of the mass roller (A), ensuring that the crank is free from the edge of the surface. Take the cutting cylinder (B), align the locking brackets with the mass roller, and slide it.
