Some common problems and their solutions
ย
1. When turning on the breast pump, you must press and hold the on/off button for about 5-10 seconds if the charging cable is plugged in. Will not be able to turn on the device. You have to disconnect and hold the charger cable to turn it on.
2. If the pump is not accessible after starting the engine. The engine pump can be removed and reinstalled. and tighten it tightly to avoid air leaks and starting failure.
3. If you cannot open the product after receiving it. You can fully charge the product. Then unplug the charger cable and turn it on again.
