1. Wipe the breasts with warm towel. Wipe all oil, dirt even sweat on body.
2. Put the nixxle covers on the nixxle softly. Make the outer edge of the covers stuck to the skin.
3. Measure and cut the tape with the width and length you need.
4. Lean your upper body forward, hold your breast in desired position and apply the tape.

1. Warm bath or shower will help slacken, soak the tape in warm water.
2. Apply baby oil or Coconut oil or Olive oil to the skin can help rip the tape off easily.
3. Pull the tape off slowly and carefully. (Attention: If you rip the tape off too quickly, you risk tearing your skin).
4. Don't rip it off like a band-aid.

How to Avoid Skin Allergies and Tearing Skin Problems?
1. Do remember take a easy skin allergy test.
2. Do not let the tape stay on the skin for more than 12 hours.
3. Not suitable for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or individuals who have sensitive / delicate skin.
4. Please remember to remove boob tape slowly and gently with warm water or essential oil which helps prevent skin being torn. Ripping it off too fast could cause injury. And you could also take a hot shower as well.
Do not use moisturizers, perfumes, powders or other skin care products prior to use, as this will reduce the effect of the adhesive.

How to Make a Easy Skin Allergy Test?
1. First, ensure your skin is clean and dry, free of moisturizers, oils or any products before applying this boob tape.
2. Then cut a small piece of tap and stick it on the skin of your arm, and then tear it off after 6 hours.
3. If you have an adverse reaction after testing (such as redness, burning or discomfort),PLEASE stop using this tape immediately.
