Item: Yellow, 3in1 set
I'm so disappointed to this seller. They send me a dirty, maybe used and broken product. I asked for refund but they decline it after messaging me directly that they will refund RM30 of my payment. The luggage cost 220+ and wanted to refund me RM30 for 2 luggage that I can't use. Terrible.

I already accepted this item even they can't provide the set. But when I request for refund for the item that came dirty and teriible, they decline my refund request. I ordered for set. If the ship can't provide the product better cancel the order and don't deliver it to the buyer.
