Due to long journey of delivery (approximately 1 to 3 weeks time or more) we hope customer who wish to order our chopping boards be familiar and understand that the issue of mold growth would appear on the wood. Dampness and inadequate ventilation typically results in the growth of mold on wood surfaces. Most of our chopping boards are freshly sawn and so they hold moisture in. Since our boards are natural wood without any chemicals or coating, the boards need proper ventilation in preserving good quality conditions. Kindly think twice before ordering as the board received at your end would be moldy and appeared unsightly. Please be informed no refund will be given for boards fall under this circumstances.
