⭐️ Dry Test the LCD:

Before glueing or attaching any other part, connect only the digitizer and LCD cables to the motherboard and power up the device without putting it on the frame.

⭐️ Check Functionality

Ensure all alphabets can be touched, the screen doesn't auto-touch, and there's no lagging. Do not install if you are unsatisfied with the quality or face any problems. No warranty will be given if the item has been glued.

⭐️ No warranty will be given for:

❌ The warranty sticker has been removed or damaged

❌ Scratches on LCD

❌ Physical damage

❌ Inner LCD cracks

❌ Screw marks on LCD

❌ Broken flex cable/connector

❌ Traces of glue on LCD

❌ Cracks on the home button or speaker hole

If problems persist after changing the part, it might be due to:

⭐️ Touch IC: If the LCD can't be touched or auto-touches.

⭐️ Display IC: If there is no display or a blank screen.

⭐️ Backlight IC: If the LCD has black spots or dim areas.

⭐️ Skills Required

Proper installation requires special skills and techniques, and no installation instructions will be provided. It is not an easy job for someone with no experience.

⭐️ Professional Installation

We strongly recommend seeking professional help for replacement. We are not responsible for any damage to your mobile phone during the replacement process.

⭐️ Battery Connector

Please remove the battery connector before installing it to avoid a short circuit

⭐️ Correct Adhesive

Only use glue/adhesive specific for handphone spare parts. Using the wrong type will void the warranty.

⭐️ Old Glue

Clear all old glue before installing the new LCD.

⭐️ Bent Housing

If your housing is bent, replace it before installing the new LCD to prevent breakage.

⭐️ Defective Products

If you find a defect with any product, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item.

⭐️ Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return results from our error.

⭐️ Other Returns

If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

⭐️ Installation Damage

If the part is damaged during an attempted installation, we cannot offer a refund or exchange and will not cover the postage.
