Product description
X'bond Construction Adhesive Sealant: is formulated to eliminated much of the nailing required for construction purposes.
This adhesive sealant provides a high strength, water resistant bond for a wide variety of construction materials including:-
1. Wood
2. Plaster Wood
3. Mirror
4. Masonry
5. Aluminum
6. Galvanized Iron
7. Steel
8. Concrete
9. Fabric Cement Sheeting
10. Wall
11. Floor Paneling
*Most suitable for use on foamed polystyrene and mirror backed tiles.
Not recommended for:
1. Underwater Applications Or Permanent Water Immersion
2. Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylontm Or Teflontm
3. Bonding Two Non-Porous Surfaces
4. Should Not Be Used Where Continuous Exposure To Elevated Temperature Will Occur
Curing Time:
1. X’bond Construction Adhesive Will Bond In Approximately 7-24 Hours In Room Temperature.
2. The Curing Time Might Be Longer For Smoother Surfaces.
2-Way Contact Method:
1. Apply Adhesive To One Surface And Bringing Substrate Together.
2. Press Firmly Over Entire Surface To Transfer Adhesive And Then Pull Both Surfaces Apart.
3. Allow To Tack Off For 3-5 Minutes.
4. Reposition And Press Firmly Together.
5. Contact Area Should Be Tapped With Hammer And Padded Block To Ensure Intimate Contact.
6. Maximum Bonding Will Be Taken For 12-72 Hours To Reach. Some Mechanical Fastening May Be Retained For This Period. Clean Off Excess Adhesive With Toluene Or Xylen
