Product description
KTH TWO PACK EPOXY FLOOR PAINT is a high performance two component epoxy resin based paint cured by polyamide activator. It has excellent protection against fresh and salt water, abrasion resistance and resistant to crude and heavy oils.
CATRIDGE CONTAIN 4L PAINT AND 1L HARDENER
step by step guide
Concrete Surface
Remove all previous coating and chalk by light abrasive blasting. If abrasive blasting is not available, etch the new and uncoated concrete surface with about 5% sulphuric acid solution followed by thorough rinsing with clean water. Allow the surface to dry completely prior to paint application.
Steel Surface
The mild steel substrate must be completely dry and free from rust, mill scale, dirt, grease and other contaminants before painting. For maximum adhesion and durability of paint performance, all bare metals should be sanded properly.
Aluminium and Galvanised Iron Surface
Remove all oil, grease and dirt by using solvent or other cleaning chemicals.
