Magnesium is an essential nutrient that plays a role in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body and plays a role in a large number of biological processes. Particularly functions that involved in energy production, and for the normal functioning of muscle tissue. Sufficient magnesium helps all muscles in the body to function optimally.

Dosage
Adults - Take 2 tablets three times a day with a meal or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
