Arabica beans are roasted twice in a traditional roasting process with caramel at high temperature to amplify the flavours of the premium beans. The dark, intense and full-bodied yet pleasing after bitter taste gives a strong punch and nutty aroma.
A blend of graded beans churns a silky smooth, velvety and delicate frothed sensation beyond the grasp of discerning coffee lovers. It is a perfect harmony between milk and thick rich foam to create a pillowy texture.
Freshly grounded using the finest Robusta and Arabica beans blended seamlessly with creamer and sugar, the lingering taste of coffee remains conspicuous for an exquisite balance in the overall flavour.
When blended with delicate creamy milk, a mild flavoured yet wholesome specialty coffee is created to fully experience the sensorial profile of the premium beans. This has a well-balanced complexity of full taste, medium body and pleasant acidity for a splendid coffee.
