Why need roast?

Roasting will helps bring out this “Daily Raw Nut Mix” naturally rich in flavour and produces a crisper texture, which enhances this healthy, nutrient-dense snack.

A Quick and Easy Way How to Roast:

In the oven: Take some “Daily Raw Nut Mix”. Put on the baking paper/parchment paper/ silicone paper which in top of the tray. Spray some water on top and mix well (just to make sure the surface has some water stick on it). Add in your favourite ingredients. Mix well again to make sure the ingredients well mix and stick on the surface and roast at 150-180 degrees for about 5-10minutes.

On the stovetop: Place butter in skillet and heat over medium-low. Add “Daily Raw Nut Mix” and add in your favourite ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes. Be watchful, careful to not allow nuts to burn.

Allow cooling & Enjoy! You can serve immediately, or keep it in an airtight container for up to 3-4 weeks. You can also try honey roasted, rosemary roasted, or sweet-and-spicy roasted for something a little different.
