•️Dry Test the LCD:
Before glueing or attaching any other part, connect only the digitizer and LCD cables to the motherboard and power up the device without putting it on the frame.
•️ Check Functionality
Ensure all alphabets can be touched, the screen doesn't auto-touch, and there's no lagging. Do not install if you are unsatisfied with the quality or face any problems. No warranty will be given if the item has been glued.
No warranty will be given for:
•The warranty sticker has been removed or damaged
•Scratches on LCD
•Physical damage
•Inner LCD cracks
•Screw marks on LCD
•Broken flex cable/connector
•Traces of glue on LCD
•Cracks on the home button or speaker hole

If problems persist after changing the part, it might be due to:
•️Touch IC: If the LCD can't be touched or auto-touches.
•Display IC: If there is no display or a blank screen.
•Backlight IC: If the LCD has black spots or dim areas.

•Skills Required
Proper installation requires special skills and techniques, and no installation instructions will be provided. It is not an easy job for someone with no experience.
•️Professional Installation
We strongly recommend seeking professional help for replacement. We are not responsible for any damage to your mobile phone during the replacement process.
•Battery Connector
Remove the battery connector before installing it to avoid a short circuit.
•️Correct Adhesive
Only use glue/adhesive specific for handphone spare parts. Using the wrong type will void the warranty.
•️Old Glue
Clear all old glue before installing the new LCD.
•️Bent Housing
If your housing is bent, replace it before installing the new LCD to prevent breakage.
•Defective Products
If you find a defect with any product, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item.
•️Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return results from our error.
•️Other Returns
If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
•️Installation Damage
If the part is damaged during an attempted installation, we cannot offer a refund or exchange and will not cover the postage.
•️Processing Time
The warranty/refund process may take 2-5 working days.
