Recipe (Tom Yum Gong)
Preparation: 15 mins Cooking Time: 30 mins Servings: 2
Directions: Heat up the water. Add 3 tbs Ibu Tom. Mix well. Add lemongrass, galangal, shallot, garlic, straw mushroom, and holland onion. Mix well. When it boils, add the chicken and shrimp. Add kaffir lime leaves to increase the aroma. Add crab mushroom and chili for spicy. When it boils, add cherry tomatoes. When it's mixed, add the cooking cream. Mix well. Finally, served the tom yum with Javanese coriander and Ibu Tom oil
