The delivery guy is asking for kopi money, else won't send the aircon unit up to the unit. Funny that he actually has trolley in his van.
He just throw it off at parcel area. Very rough handling, literally just throw.

- Hacking & conceal piping works price can be discuss with our installer
- no exchange unit if faulty. warranty submit to service center for repair part etc
- If the aircon is not our problem, we have an extra service charges to ask the installer to check.
4. Changes of mind or have any technic problem cant install will be charged RM80.00 once technician arrive
-Installation only for selected area, kindly chat with us to make sure your area has been selected or not.
5. Dismantle Service
- Dismantle service is RM80.00/per set. If technician bring back old unit, dismantle charges can be waived.
