Kashayaa Ancient Tea (Natural Tea)

Kashayaa Ancient Tea for overall health benefits. This is tea helps to reduce sugar levels everytime when you drink the tea but not permanently. How to drink: You can either drink it after LUNCH or at NIGHT before sleep. Option 1 (After LUNCH): 1. Drink the tea after 2 hours finishing your lunch. 2. Do not consume immediately after having your meal. 3. Use 1 small scoop and brew the tea for 10 minutes in hot water and drink 1 glass. 4. For high sugar level, Add more scoop of leaves, brew the tea for 10 minutes in hot water and drink 2-3 glasses per day. (refill the same glass, do not add extra leaves) Option 2 (NIGHT before sleep): 1. Take the tea 1 hour before sleep. 2. Ensure your last meal is 2 hours before taking the tea. 3. Use 1 small scoop and brew the tea for 10 minutes in hot water and drink 1 glass. 4. For high sugar level, Add more scoop of leaves, brew the tea for 10 minutes in hot water and drink 2-3 glasses at night. (refill the same glass, do not add extra leaves)
