INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE STORAGE
*Clean cutting board after using, hang or put the board at dry, cool place.
*Do not either put the cutting board in the dishwasher or soak in the water or dry under the sun a long time, occasionally sprinkle some salt on the cutting board surface and then use a half of lemon rubbing on the cutting board and wash.
*It is recommended to use three cutting board, one for raw food, one for cooked food and one for fruits to avoid odor and cross-contamination.
*Cutting boards should be replaced every three months to ensure food hygiene.
