1. Item will be carefully and professionally packed with bubble wrap and/or cardboard. Soil will be wrapped to minimise soil dropping.

4. Some leaves or branches might be bend when received, this may happen during transit. We have zero control on courier but we will have sufficient labelling on the packaging to ensure the package is gently handled.
