Very poor delivery some are damage. The styrofoam also shattered into pieces as it makes me hard to clean it later. Already chat the shop for return/refund process, fast response for this problem and they are making it to solve this problem ASAP.

Some items are damaged. Doesn’t seem like it is damaged due to shipping. Not happy with the “christmas tree”. The sisal thread caused dusts.

Worst shop ever. Barang sampai berdebu and patah tak wrap betul2 mintak seller tukar part rosak banyak alasan padahal sebelum barang sampai dia dah cakap apa apa kerosakan boleh ganti tapi sampai sekarang taknak ganti and tak refund pun duit 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I can not finish my cat house, the seller did not responsible for the missing screws, and told me to buy it by myself at hardware store. So stressful.
