Aerosol Tile Adhesive
Model: BATE650
Introduction
This aerosol tile adhesive contains high adhesive strength, non-shrink, anti-drop, contains high yield strength and able to withstand pressure. It is easy to be beapplied, avoid taking off the tiles and saving the job of brushing etc.
Usage
Suitable for indoor tiles application such as ceramic tiles, marble, diamond tiles, base line, wooden plates, vinyl laminates etc.
Applications
•Before application, make sure that the gap has sufficient space, at least 2mm. If the tile's internal part is moist, you may use a heat gun to dry it.
•Please place the nozzle of the aerosol tile adhesive at 90° position. Place it into the gap and adjust it to the correct position.
•You may spray the hollow side of the tiles, makes sure that the application is spread out evenly.
•After the application, please remove the excessive glue at the sides.Please use a tape or object of certain weight to be placed upon the tile during the application, in order to exert pressure evenly on the tile. It would take approximately 72 hours to cure.
Caution
•To be stored in a highly ventilated environment of >5°C.
•The initial curing stage shall take around 10 minutes. It would take approximately 72 hours to fully cure depending on the surrounding temperature.
•The unfinished aerosol can shall be closed tightly with a cap.
•Do not submerge it into the water or at the oily surface.
•You have to consider the adhesive strength on the structures and the yield strength of the object. Please make sure that the adhesive strength is able to withstand the object.
