Really pleased with the product - solid wood as described. Fast delivery and securely wrapped in cardboard box with styrofoam. All parts and accessories including screwdriver enclosed in the box. Instruction manual helpful enough in the assembly of the ladder chair though could have been clearer.

Installation manual could be improved by enlarging the picture instructions and also labelling the parts by numbering of the components to be attached together.
