1 Boil. Rinse rice packet, then boil with water covering rice packets for 60 while turning it over and over. You may add water during intervals to assure the water level is always covering the rice packets.
2 Dice. Drain the rice packets when it's cooked. Leave it to cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into cubes. For immediate serving, cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3 Serve. Ideal for serving with satay, lontong, soto and rendang.
