1 Boil. Rinse rice packet, then boil with water covering rice packets for 60- 90 minutes while turning it over and over. * (The rice packets can expand up to 4 x the original size.) You may add water during intervals to assure the water level is always covering the rice packets.
2 Dice. Drain the rice packets when it's cooked. Leave it to cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into cubes. For immediate serving, cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3 Serve. Ideal for serving with satay, lontong, soto and rendang.
