Nasi Ayam is a famous dish that originally came from Southern Chinese. It consists of garlic chicken stock rice alongside roasted or steamed chicken with soy and chilli sauce as well as a steaming bowl of chicken soup.
Ayam Golek is a Malay-style charcoal-grilled chicken marinated in assorted herbs and spices. Traditionally, the chicken is served with rice and fresh vegetables.
