Ingredients (Bottom layer):
Floral Glutinous Rice 600gm
Coconut milk (1 coconut) 20oz
Salt 1 tsp
Pandan leaves few pcs
Ingredients (Top layer):
Rice flour 150gm
Custard powder 80gm
Sugar 200gm
Coconut milk (1 coconut) 1200 ml
Alkaline water few drops
Yellow colouring
Bottom layer :
1 Soak Floral Glutinous Rice for 3 hours, remove and drain dry.
2 Arrange pandan leaves in steamer, pour in rice & steam for 5 mins. Sprinkle with santan, cover & steam until glutinous rice cooked.
3 Press hard in tray.
Top layer :
1 Mix top ingredients in pot and stir in low heat until thick. Pour on top of glutinous rice, steam for 15 mins.
