Preparation and Usage1 piece mini satay rice cake equal to 1 piece traditional satay rice cake1 bag Nona Mini Satay Rice Cake = 30 mini packsMini satay rice cake served with satay.Mini satay rice cake also can be served with lontong and soto.
Just...1 Boil: Rinse rice packet, then boil with water covering rice packets for 60-90 minutes while turning it over and over. (The rice packets can expand up to 4 times the original size.) You may add water during intervals to assure the water level is always covering the rice packets.
2 Dice: Drain the rice packets when it's cooked. Leave it to cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into cubes. For immediate serving, cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3 Serve: Ideal for serving with satay, lontong, soto and rendang.StorageStore in a cool, dry place. Keep in air-tight container after opening.
