Exchange must be made within 3 days after customer received the item and can only be made for item purchased in full amount (not purchase during Rintisan Raya/promotion/discounted price) *Rintisan Raya collection cannot exchange due to overwhelming order & postage 2. Once payment has been made and date has been confirmed, customers are NOT ALLOWED to change pickup date/postage as it might effect another customer pick up date.
