Instructions:

 

100C - 250C roughly means that the head contact is still closed and not opened when it is turned counterclockwise, and the minimum temperature reaches 100C before it is disconnected.

The handle can be twisted half a circle, which is 180 degrees.

Temperature adjustment tips:

 

First prepare the thermometer & 1 small flat-head screwdriver

 

Put the thermometer on the middle layer of the oven, adjust the oven temperature knob to 200C indicated by the knob, and turn on the power to preheat. Preheating time is at least 20-30 minutes, so that the temperature will be relatively stable. Observe the thermometer reading at any time during the heating process. If the temperature is too high (the temperature reaches 250C), then you need to adjust the thermostat

 

High temperature adjustment method:

 

Use pliers or hands to fix the rotating shaft, or hold the rotating shaft with a rag (it is hot) to ensure that the rotating shaft will not rotate randomly, and then slowly rotate the small screw in the center of the shaft with a small flat knife, fine-tune the angle to the RIGHT! Nudge RIGHT!

 

After adjusting, continue to put the thermometer in the middle layer of the oven to observe for about 10 minutes to see if the temperature is approaching the target value, and adjust it gradually in this way.

 

If the oven temperature knob is adjusted to 200C indicated by the knob, but the thermometer shows 150C, it means that the thermostat also needs to be adjusted.

 

Low temperature adjustment method:

Use pliers or hands to fix the shaft, or hold the shaft with a rag (it is hot), to ensure that the shaft does not rotate randomly, and then use a small knife to slowly rotate the small screw in the center of the shaft, pay attention to fine-tune the angle to the LEFT! Nudge LEFT!
