About this product:
- Flavour: hot & spicy
- Suitable to make fried chicken, beef, mutton and seafood
- Eggless coating
- No preservatives
- Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Starch, Salt, Chili and Spices. Contains Monosodium Glutamater (E261), Disodium Guanylate (E627), Disodium Inosinate (E631), Yeast extract as permitted flavour enhancer & food coloring (E102 & E110).
- For allergens, contain wheat(gluten) and Soy.
- Halal Certified
- Packaging Details: 200g/pack

Cooking Method:
1. Mix flour & water evenly. Soak the chicken in the batter. Keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight for better result.
2. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with Bon Chef Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix. Roll & press with hand. Shake the excessive flour away.
3. Deep fry the coated chicken in hot oil for 7-8 minutes until golden brown in color.
Storage:
1. Always store in cool dry place away from direct sunlight
2. To ensure the best quality of the flour, always use a full pack and avoid keeping the remaining flour for next use.
