How to Spray/ Macam mana spray(Aerosol Spray)
•Guna kertas pasir gosok permukaan cat area (cadangan: grit 800-1000)
•Spray Primer (undercoat) 3-4 layer
•Tunggu 15-30 minutes ️, pastikan permukaanya kering sebelum spray cat warna
•Spray Cat warna (basecoat) 2-3 layer
•Tunggu 5-10 minutes ️
•Spray 2K clearcoat 2-3 layer
•Tunggu sampai kering siap2
•Done (can continue your detailing job such as polish/ wax)
Kalau Boss nak spray barang baru material Plastic. Kena spray plastic primer dulu baru spray
undercoat primer. Primer spray siap guna kertas pasir gosok baru spray cat warna.
️Sekiranya boss mengeluarkan cat lama sampai nampak metal, anda boleh menggunakan EPOCY primer AK670 SEBELUM primer.
Tujuan kita guna etch primer adalah untuk melindungi panel daripada kakisan.
