Tear gently the seal on top and pull zip seal apart.

Pour breastmilk into storage bag, leave some room at the top to allow expansion when milk freezes.

Remove as much air as possible from the bag before freezing.

Seal the bag and label name, date, and time on the bag.

To thaw breastmilk, place bag in the refrigerator or run under cool tap water. To warm brastmilk, place bag in warm water or pour milk into bottle.

If stored in a freezer: Thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator. Once thawed, carefully pour milk out of the storage bag into a feeding bottle for warming up
