PrestasiοΌBagus untuk lenguh dan sengal badan. Untuk permulaan, sebelum tidur, cukup roll 1 atau 2 kali dekat tapak kaki dan gosok ratakan. Sebab masa mula2 dapat, roll dekat kulit jadi gatal. Jadi saya roll dekat tapak kaki dan tapak tangan dulu. Mungkin lepas sebulan saya akan cuba roll dekat kulit.
