7) The screen shows 01 02 03 when i click the power button, what is that?
= It is a channel list for you to preset the frequency, not advise to use as the frequency you chosen will set as default for your next usage. To exit the channel list, please click the power button once.
8) What is the effective range between the radio, control box, and microphone?
= Within 10 meter for all devices.
9) Can use in all types of vehicle?
= Yes as long your vehicle has radio or entertainment system.
10) What if there is a lagging between when i sing to the mic and the speaker?
=Please choose higher frequency eg: 108.00Mhz for better experience. Or connect an AUX cable from the control box to your multimedia player.
11) One of my microphone is not working, what should i do?
= Make sure your microphone is fully charged, and try short press the power button to change microphone inner frequency.
