● Recommended ways of eating / Ways of cooking
1. Soak sea cucumbers Pour the water that has submerged the sea cucumber into the container (pure water is preferred), Soak in an environment of 0-5°C for 48 hours, and change the water 1-2 times a day.
Note: Avoid contact with oil and salt during the entire process of soaking sea cucumbers. Choose a container with a larger space.
2. Cut open and wash sea cucumbers Cut the soaked sea cucumber lengthwise along the waist, cut off the sand spit and clean the inside of the sea cucumber.
Note: There are white sea cucumber tendons on the inner wall of sea cucumbers, which are edible and nutritious. However, it will affect the growth of sea cucumbers, so there is no need to remove them. Just use a knife to gently cut the sea cucumber tendons into several sections.
3. Boiled sea cucumber Bring the sea cucumber to a boil over high heat and cook for about 30 minutes. Take it out after it cools down naturally.
Note: Due to the different sizes of sea cucumbers, the cooking temperature will be different. If some sea cucumbers are not completely cooked, you can remove the cooked sea cucumbers, change the water and cook them again.
4. Soak sea cucumbers Put the sea cucumber into a container, pour in the purified water that has submerged the sea cucumber, and put it in the refrigerator for secondary soaking. Soak for about 48 hours, changing the water every 12 hours.
5. Soaking is completed It takes time to soak sea cucumbers. It is recommended that you soak multiple sea cucumbers at one time and freeze the prepared sea cucumbers for later consumption.
Before eating, take it out and defrost it, and then cook it according to your personal preference.
