KAYABALL

INGREDIENTS

1. Kaya Ball Mix Powder 1pkt (2kgs)

2. Eggs 550g

3. Water 2000ml

4. Melted Margarine 100g

METHOD

1. Add kayaball mix to eggs and water. Mix for 1 minute at slow speed

2. Mix at medium speed for another 4 minutes

3. Add melted margarine and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. The batter is ready to use.

4. Squeeze the batter until 40% cover the kayaball machine mould. Add Kaya jam, cover

back the kayaball mould with kayaball batter until 80%
