For some brand/model electric bicycle need to transplant socket from old controller only can install

After installation if the wheel is rotate backward

Please follow this step :

1) Double stand your bike

2) Switch on switch

3) Connect learning cable from controller (1 male 1 female)

4) If the wheel still rotate backward repeated STEP 3 for few times (max 5 time)

5) Contact us if the wheel still rotate backward after repeated STEP 3 for 5 time

Controller Installation Method:

First, confirm the positive and negative poles of the power supply. The positive and negative poles of the power supply must not be reversed. Other functional lines can try to connect until they are connected rightly.

1. The self-learning line is inserted first.

2. Connect the power cord and note that the positive and negative poles should not be reversed. Connect the electric door lock line, Hall line, phase line, and turn line.

3. When the power is turned on, the motor will rotate. After it has stabilized its rotation, if it is reversed, pulls off the self-learning line, and then it plugs in the self-learning line. It will rotate foreward. After it is stable, unplug the self-learning line is ok.
