TIPS: To wipe 1 layer of cooking oil on both side of the cutting board first before use. Then hang and let it dry it overnight. The cutting board will fully absorb the cooking oil and have luster. This will help to last longer with the oil as protection layer. After a year if you feel the luster disappeared, just wipe again will do.
