1. Positioning

2. Scoring

Hold the tile tightly with one hand, lift the handle with the other hand, slide it onto the body, make sure there is a mark on the marking wheel, and then push the handle with a certain press to make sure a clear symmetrical line is drawn on the tile. If the press is too heavy, the service life of the scoring wheel may be reduced. However, if the line is not clear, it may not be cut neatly

 

3. Fracture

Lift the handle, confirm that the broken brick part is tile, and increase the pressure on the handle until the tile part is divided into two parts, so as to protect the machine and tile, and do not use too much force

General maintenance

 

1) After using the tile cutter, remove tile debris, especially from the slider and panel assembly

 

2) Lubricate the slide assembly and scoring wheel regularly

 

3) When not in use, store in a box and always in a dry place

 

4) If any parts are damaged or missing, please ask the dealer for new parts.
