How to solve a possible issue that the gun doesn't feed?
Please note it may happen that if the wire is not straight inside the solder, simply it does not find the way to exit, but is bundled inside.
You may try to open the cover of the gun at side and see where the wire is. At that point you may cut the soldering wire and restart to feed it. If this way could not solve the issue, please ask for replacement.
