•No artwork issue & no revision required. Order size must match artwork sent thru email.

•Bulk order is not applicable for same day shipping.

•For bulk order, please search our profile and use bulk order option.

•The limit per order is 3 banners or buntings. For more than 3 banners or buntings, please place separate orders to avoid shipping issues.

•Artwork related to religious activities, ferocity, illegal activities, violence, or any other content that is against Malaysian law is not allowed

•Changes to artwork will not be entertained after the cut-off period.

•By default, the finishing will be done with welded edges and eyelets for banners, and PVC pipes for buntings. If you require specific finishing, please mention it in the notes when placing your order or DM us before placing your order so we can assist you.

•A rope set (3 ft x 4 units) will also be provided for banner order free of charge for banners larger than 10 sq ft (per piece).

•No COD or refunds allowed, as printed material is not reusable or re-printable for other purposes. If you face any issues, please DM us, and we will assist you accordingly.
