[READY STOCK] Pes Laksa Sarawak Haji Manan (200gm / 500gm) Original Brand From Sarawak 2 sizes: 200gm & 500gm Made in Sarawak Local Favourite Easy to prepare Required Cooking Ingredients/ Bahan yang diperlukan : Ingredients A 1) x1 pkt 200gm Haji Manan's Laksa paste 2) 200ml concentrated coconut milk (santan) 3) x1 cube of chicken stock (pati stock ayam) 4) Salt if needed (Garam) Ingredients B 1) x1 packet of mee hoon 2) 300gm prawn (udang) 3) x1/2 chicken breast (dada ayam) 4) 200gm bean sprouts (taugeh 5) x2 eggs to make omellete (telur dadar) 6) x1 packet of coriander leaves (daun ketumbar) Preparation of Laksa gravy/ Penyediaan Kuah Laksa : 1) Heat a litre of water in a pot/ Panaskan 1 liter air dalam periuk 2) Put Ingredients A into the pot and let boil for 5 minutes/ Masukkan Bahan A ke dalam periuk dan biarkan mendidih selama 5 minit Serving Suggestion Methods/ Cara Penyediaan Hidangan - Add mee hoon into a bowl and place bean sprout, sliced omellete, shredded chicken, prawn and coriander leaves (2 to 5 pieces). Add gravy and serve hot. To make tge dish become tastier and spicier, add pounded shrimp paste with chilli and lime juice. Can serve for a total 5-6 people. - Masukkan mi hun ke dalam mangkuk and letakkan taugeh, hirisan telur dadar, ayam yang dicarik, udang dan daun ketumbar (2 sehingga 5 helai). Masukkan kuah laksa dan hidangkan panas. Untuk rasa yang lebih enak dan pedas, masukkan sambal belacan yang ditumbuk bersama perahan limau kasturi. Boleh dihidangkan untuk seramai 5-6 orang.
