They take a lot of times before shipping out the product. I was promised a large tote bag but received two small bags instead I know it's a freebie but would've been nice to let me know before shipping out. Need to improve packaging some of the samples are leaking inside the box.

for the product,it is an absolutes excellent product. I just tried the product which is serum and the free gift moisturiser and it was an instant effect giving product like I just used it last night and next morning boom more my skin is more moist and brighter (I can tolerate well with niacin)
