Note:
1. For first-time use, the insulation tube may produce an abnormal smell or cooking fumes (smoke) when heated. So, it's recommended to boil it with water first, then soak it for more than 1 hour to remove the smell effectively.
2. When placing the inner pot, rotate it left and right to make sure the pot fully fits with the heating plate underneath. This will make the cooking process heat more uniformly.
3. When the rice cooker is used to cook porridge or soup, it is normal that the pot may overflow. When the pot overflows, the lid can be half-open for use.
4. It is normal for a small amount of pot residue (not burnt) to appear at the bottom of the rice every time it is cooked. It is recommended to cook within the stated measurement of the inner pot for better results.
5. Long-time heat preservation will cause the color and taste of rice to change. Therefore, the time of heat preservation should not exceed 6 hours.
