Warm Tips:
Connect to 13amp socket for safe use. Use of an extension cord is not recommended as it would cause electrical overload and blow the fuse.
Keep oil level within the oil pan with half height of the oil pan.
Keep the cover clean and dry when heating, avoid water in the surface.
The redidue plate is designed for protecting the electric heating tube, should be put in the pan when frying.
